• Identity and contact details — name, phone, email, address, date of birth.
• Travel documents — passport, visa and identity details, needed to book and to obtain permits.
• Journey information — who is travelling, the occasion, preferences, dietary needs, and any health or mobility needs you choose to share so that the trip can be designed safely around them.
• Payment information — payment references and amounts. Card details are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay, and are never stored by us.
• For agencies and suppliers — business details, registration and GST documents, and contact persons.
• Website use — basic technical information such as device, browser and pages visited, through cookies.

• To design, quote, book and support your journey.
• To arrange visas, permits, insurance and travel documents on your behalf.
• To take payments, issue invoices and meet tax and legal obligations.
• To contact you about your trip, including while you are travelling.
• To improve our service and, only with your consent, to tell you about journeys we think you would value.

We share only what is needed, with:

• Airlines, hotels, destination management companies, guides and transport providers delivering your journey.
• Embassies, consulates and authorities processing visas and permits.
• Insurers, where you take insurance through us.
• Payment partners, our accountants, and technology providers who host and support our systems, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

An overseas journey means sharing some of your details with suppliers and authorities in the countries you visit. We share only what the journey requires, and only for that purpose. Our own systems and records are hosted in India.

We keep personal data for as long as needed to deliver your journey and support you afterwards, and as required for tax and legal records — generally up to 8 years for financial records. Travel documents are deleted or anonymised once no longer needed.

Access is limited to people who need it for your journey. Documents are stored securely, systems are protected by access controls and encryption, and we review our safeguards regularly. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Correct or update it.
• Ask us to erase it, where we are not required to keep it by law.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in the event of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

We collect details of travellers under 18 only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and only as needed for their journey.

We use cookies to keep the website working and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
